Délíce de Poudre Bronzing powder - Bourjois ♡

This Bourjois bronzer has been our favourite for months, and we always come running back to it. We got shade 52 and the colour pay off is brilliant, its a matte shade so its the perfect to contour with or just to bronze up your face without you looking like a tangerine. Not only is the quality of the product amazing the smell is Devine, its smells of chocolate :) The application of the bronzer is easy and the packaging is smooth and sleek so its perfect to travel with. It wasn't very expensive so for the pice of  £7 the quality is fabulous.

Our foundation picks ♡

Today we are going to share with you our top 3 foundations and what we think of them. In Hallie Makeup there are three people, so we have chosen a foundation each and are going to share our thoughts with you and also show you how we put it on and what we use to do this.

Maybelline dream matte mousse~ This foundation is good for beginners who are going to start wearing make up as it it quite light and natural. This is a drugstore product and it is only £6.99 which is a very good price for the quality of the product. Also this product gives a soft touch and its blendable, I use the Real Techniques Beauty Blender. Before you buy this product make sure you check the foundation on your face first because the colour comes up differently in the pot.

Maxfactor facefinity~  This foundation says it works as a primer, concealer  and foundation and it really does! Its a medium coverage that can be built to full coverage, overall its a brilliant foundation that makes your skin flawless. It is a little more expensive than normal drugstore foundations but it is worth it.

Rimmel London Lasting finish nude~ This fountain is very good and long lasting, It says it lasts for 25 hours but it docent actually last that long, but it lasts enough. It if quite thick but is blendable. However it smells horrible. But overall the foundation is ok and good quality for money.

Natural eye makeup ~ drugstore ♡

We are going to show you the eye makeup we wear to school and what we think of it. In no way are we make up artists, we just enjoy it, but we decided  to show you as its quite a natural look that takes seconds to do. We will also review the make up as its all drugstore and is very inexpensive.

The MUA brow palette, comes with 4 colours, 2 brow colours, a highlighter and a wax. It also comes with a double ended brush and tweezers. However the lighter brow colour isn't very pigmented   where as the other brow colour is very pigmented. The wax is very good and long lasting and helps you brows stay in place all day. The only thing is you have to put a lot of product on for it to show up.

The MUA Colour blast eyeshadow tint has a very creamy constancy but is quite hard to blend, the colour 'STAY' is especially nice as it is very natural and goes under any other eyeshadows. This Eyeshadow tint is a bit like a cream eyeshadow in crayon form, but because of this it is quite hard to work with. The cream eyeshadow means that it works as a base really well, also it is quite long lasting so it will get you through the day without budging.

The Rimmel London, Wonder'full mascara is amazing it gives so much length and volume to yor eyelashes with only a couple of coats, and it doesn't even begin to clump. So its really nice to create the natural eyelashes but if you want the fake lash look you can build upend create a lovely lash look.

Naked on the run ~ urban decay ♡

Overall this palette amazing and good quality. It is worth the money you pay for it as you get a lot of amazing makeup to achieve the perfect look. The size of the palette is perfect for traveling as its small and compact with everything you need in it to create a day or night look also the big mirror means that you can create looks on the go.

Specific Products~
Prevision Mascara~ You only have to apply one or two coats of this mascara for a wearable lash look,  Its non clumpy and doesn't  not transfer onto your skin or under your eyes.
Urban Decay naked ultra nourishing lipgloss~ we have found that this lipgloss is very pigmented and is perfect as a gloss over the top of a normal, nude lipstick.
Urban decay, 24/7 glide on liner~  We haven't used this product yet but when we swatched it on our hands it glided on very smoothly but we haven't used on our eyes yet but we will right  review on it soon.
Eye Shadows~ The colours range from light to darks and from mattes to shimmers. The Pigmentation is brilliant and lasts all day.
Blusher, Bronzer and Highlighter~ This is the same as the flushed palette and we have already written a blog post on that (http://halliemakeup.blogspot.co.uk/2014/12/naked-flushed-palette-urban-decay.html)

Washing Brushes ♡

This is a bit of a different blog, but today we are going to speak about washing our brushes as its very important if you use them on a day to day basis.

To start off with find a soap, or baby shampoo (We are using a carex complete hand soap), and we dip it in the soap rinse it under the tap,  and then rub the makeup off and dry them. Leave them to dry laying down otherwise it will ruin your brushes.

You should wash you brushes either once a week or once a fortnight depending on how much you use  them. We use our brushes around 6 times a week so we only wash them once a fortnight, but if we use them a lot one week and they look particulally dirty we will wash them twice a fortnight.

Watch the video to find out more :)
